Speaker John Bercow MP is a long-standing campaigner on special educational needs and disability in Parliament. In 2007 he led a review of services for children and young people with speech, language and communication needs, which made a number of recommendations to government and resulted in the further development of The Communications Trust. John is the MP for Buckingham, and has been Speaker of the House of Commons since 2009.
