That's great news Matt. I've always found the Tax Credit people to be extremely helpful and was also impressed with how quickly our DLA and Carer's Allowance was sorted. It's great when the system actually works!!

Hi all
Just a little update and some good news on our DLA, child tax credit, funding etc.
Firstly thanks for all the help regarding DLA, really helped. We got the high rate DLA and was sorted within a few weeks, although the form was huge and took ages to fill out it was all sorted quickly. Child tax also was sorted within a week too, very good service. We have also just got funding for 2 days for his pre school too, so all good. We are now saving his DLA to go on a family holiday, something we have not been able to do, he will love it.
Just thought i would share some good news and actually priase the government and our local council (Medway) for their help. I know some people have not been so lucky but they have been great.
