Hi Claire, I'm sorry to hear that you can't see the posts! That's very strange.
Can you take some screenshots and send them to me by email? Then I can send them to my Support team to see what the problem is. If you don't know how to take screenshots, let me know and I'll explain. : )
Also, it would be extremely helpful to know which browser you are using, and what version. So right now if you look at the top of your screen and go to "Help" and then "About...(Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer)" it will give you a little pop-up box that tells you. I'm using Firefox version 3.5.3.
Thank you for your help with that! And do let me know if you have any questions.

Ok, I hope this isn't too confusing. :-)
Somewhere on your keyboard there should be a key that says "Print Screen". It's often located by the "Scroll lock" button. Most keyboards i've seen have these keys on the top right.
If you can go to a page that isn't showing correctly and hit "Print Screen" while viewing that page, it will take a copy of the page. Then you have to go to a new Word document and "paste" the screenshot in. So, like this:
- On the computer that has the visibility issues, go to a page that clearly shows the problem
- Hit the "Print Screen" button
- Create a new Word document and paste the screenshot into the document by pressing "CTRL V" or by right-clicking and selecting "Paste".
- Save the document, and email it to me (email address below) along with the browser version of the computer that you took the screenshot from.
Let me know if you need any help - I could always talk you through it if you prefer (over the phone...if you want!). : )

Thank you, Claire! I have the documents and they're just what I needed - along with knowing that you use IE Version 6.
I'll send this to our Support team and see what they can do.
Thanks again for bringing this to my attention!

No prob, thank you for teaching me a new trick!!
Just to confirm, this only happens when you go right up to the point of reading the posts and replying. It is not a problem in all other screens. :0)

Hi Kathryn,
Welcome to the forum.
I expect someone will be able to help on Monday. In the meantime, your post is easy to read so, if you have an urgent concern or want to chat, persevere with the typing.
Sorry I can't do more to help.....weekends;)

Hi Elena,
WHen I log into the forum via another computer, I can only read half the posts. It is as if the screen had moved to the right too far to see all of the text. Do you have any suggestions? I just got a laptop for my birthday and I wanted to catch up on the form without having to battle with the kids!!
Many thanks
