I wanted to let you know about a great series of 5k runs that are taking place across the UK over the next two months. The Big Fun Run is in it's second year and now has 14 locations in total. I know that there have been a few events that people haven't been able to get to as they live too far away, so hopefully that won't be an issue this time!
This is a huge & exciting event (or rather, series of events!). I put this on Facebook recently and had one person reply to say that the Southeast has been neglected! Maybe just FYI for next year...? ;-)

I alsonoticed that myself! The reason for the northern locations is that the organisers of the Big Fun Run also organise the Edinburgh Marathon and are based in Scotland. Last year (the first year of Big Fun Runs) saw only 5 events take place and all within Scotland...as they seem to have migrated south this year, hopefully we will see an even more diverse range of locations for 2010!
