The team who swam the English Channel set off earlier this
morning at 01.30 hrs reaching the French side 16 hours and 32 minutes
later. In aid of CAPAAS (AUTISM AWARENESS) and Janes Appeal (breast
cancer awareness) two causes that cannot be seen immediately, and need
to be promoted through awareness. Well done guys CAPAAS are really
