One of my Twitter contacts directed me to a film that his company made for the Portsmouth City Council.
It "explains the process of statutory assessment in Portsmouth, to parents who are new to the process."
It's about 20 minutes long, and I thought it might be of interest to many of you - even if not in Portsmouth!
