Hi Elena
Unfortunately, while this looks really interesting, because of the location/travelling it is not feasible for me to volunteer for this one, which is a pity.

Hi everyone, I just received this notice from TreeHouse. The deadline is midnight....today! : )
Here's the info:
Become a lay member of the development group looking at autism spectrum disorders in children and young people (recognition, referral and diagnosis)
The Patient and Public Involvement Programme and the National Collaborating Centre for Women and Children’s Health are looking for applications from parents (including foster parents) and carers to sit on the group developing a clinical guideline on the recognition, referral and diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders (ASDs) in children and young people.
These members of this group will play a key role in making sure that the views, experiences and interests of children and young people, and their parents and carers, inform the guideline's development and its recommendations to the NHS.
All members of the guideline development group have equal status, which reflects the relevance and importance of their different expertise and experience. They include health professionals and researchers as well as patient and carer members. All Group members need to attend regular meetings and undertake background reading.
Closing date is today:

It will be removed from the NICE website at midnight tonight.
