OK guys, sorry for the delay of course but here we go...
Jeanne, at the top of every page here is a set of 4 options, one of which is 'My account'. Click this and then you are in your account where you can amend anything you like.
Look at the tabs entitled 'View', 'Edit', 'Subscriptions' etc, it's the Subscriptions tab I would like you to click on. Once here, the last pink word in the list is 'Settings', click this and it opens out a series of check boxes - read the options and select and deselect what you wish.

Hi Jeanne, did you manage to get it all sorted? I can see that you are still subscribed to 6 pages. Would you like for me to unsubscribe you from all of these?
Also, each email that you receive containts a "Direct unsubscribe link". Clicking that will take you to a screen which asks you to confirm that you'd like to unsubscribe, and all you have to do is click "yes" or "confirm" (I can't recall what it says right now).

Please could you tell me if there is anything I can do to stop getting emailed when there is any notifications occuring on this site. I really like this site but don't want loads of emails coming through to my msn. address.
