I just had a MASSIVE rant about Francis Gilbert's piece on the website.

Its not that I dont agree with some aspects of his piece, i.e. there are more kids with special needs, some conditions probably are overdiagnosed, but he really came across as an unintelligent, underinformed, horror. Articles like this only make our fight harder and increase prejudice against our kids, how frustrating. Well seen he wasnt chosen to be a parent of a kid with special needs, his lack of understanding is astounding.
